I found some GREAT stuff! I was looking for items for my background for my videos, but walked away with two Marc Jacobs bags, Timberlands, Adidas Shoes, ceramic trays, a swan planter, and so much more!

How much does a home really cost over 30 years?

Thought the condo i was looking at would cost $542,000, after 30 years, will actually, in full, cost $1.2 Million!!!

I looked up how much the interest would be over 30 years at 3% and I am shocked. bankrate.com has an easy Amortization Calculator, which breaks down monthly payments and interest costs, and tells you the total interest you will end up paying. Redfin can estimate for you how much insurance and taxes will cost. Bankrate doesn’t add in Mello Roos, Taxes, or HOA, so I am going to do that here.
